Legal business: Aircon Kits is a division of Aircon Rescue Inc., doing business as Aircon Kits.
Aircon Kits accepts returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, products should generally be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Opened or installed products may still be considered for return at the discretion of Aircon Kits.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, particularly for higher-value returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Compatibility & Ordering Errors
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, dimensions and compatibility information before ordering.
If the wrong adapter, size, colour, component or other product is ordered, the product may still be returned within the standard return period provided it meets the applicable return conditions. In these situations, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refundable.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If Aircon Kits sends the wrong product, or if a product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.
Where appropriate, Aircon Kits will arrange a replacement or refund and will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
For shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged product and packaging where possible.
Fabrication Files
Receiving, accessing or downloading production-ready fabrication files supplied with an eligible purchase does not prevent an otherwise eligible physical product from being returned. Normal return conditions still apply to the physical product.
Volume & Bulk Orders
Large-volume, discounted commercial or bulk orders are not automatically covered by the standard 30-day return policy.
Please contact Aircon Kits before returning a volume or bulk order.
Returns may be approved at our discretion based on quantity ordered, product condition, packaging condition, whether the products can reasonably be returned to inventory, and the circumstances of the order.
Where a bulk return is approved, original shipping charges remain non-refundable and return freight is normally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an Aircon Kits error or defective product.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on the customer's account.
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return resulted from an Aircon Kits error, defective product or another circumstance where we specifically agree to refund shipping.
Return Condition
Aircon Kits may reduce or refuse a refund if a returned product is damaged after delivery, materially used or altered, missing components, or returned in a condition that prevents reasonable resale.
We will consider the circumstances of opened or installed products individually.
Exchanges
Where practical, we may arrange an exchange rather than a refund. Any difference in product price and applicable shipping costs will be addressed before the replacement product is shipped.
Return Authorization
Please do not send products back without first contacting Aircon Kits. Returns sent without prior authorization may take longer to process.
Return Shipping Instructions
Please contact Aircon Kits for return authorization before sending any products. Once a return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address privately, along with any relevant packaging and shipping instructions. The return destination may differ from our business mailing address.
Do not send product returns to our business mailing address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
