Aircon Kits grew out of years of hands-on portable-AC window-panel work, including more than 7,000 installations through Aircon Rescue.
We saw the same problems repeatedly — factory kits that did not fit, awkward hose connections, airflow limitations, inconsistent mounting and hard-to-source replacement parts. Aircon Kits was created to turn that field experience into a more consistent component system for custom-panel production.

Most panel problems are not really about the panel.
The weak point is often the connection around it — how the hose attaches, where the hot air goes, how the panel mounts, and whether the right replacement part even exists.
Factory kits rarely fit every window
Portable-AC window kits are usually designed around a narrow set of slider-window situations, not the wide range of real windows people actually have.
Airflow matters
Poor exhaust direction and restricted openings can send hot air back toward the window and make a good panel setup perform poorly.
Connections need to stay secure
Awkward OEM adapters and improvised mounting methods can loosen, strain the panel or create avoidable callbacks.
The small parts are often the hardest to find
Dual-hose pieces, covers, mounting products and proper panel adapters are frequently difficult to source when something is missing or broken.
